The transition to a new CEO or Executive Director can be challenging, particularly if your organization has grown accustomed to seasoned leadership over a number of years.  An organization’s culture is highly influenced by its leadership and thus transitioning between executive leaders, retention of the best next executive leader and the cultural changes that are a part of these transitions all require thought and expertise.  Regardless of whether this is a new position, replacement of a shorter-term executive leader or a major transition from a long-standing leader, we are here to assist.

We provide coaching, guidance and, when appropriate, step in to bridge a role as Acting CEO or Acting Executive Director enabling and supporting the board to take the necessary time to find the right next executive leader.  We also provide these services in select situations at the Director level.
